It takes everything from the thousands of pages from the ASIS manuals and put the most important parts into this book which is all you will need for the test! I HIGHLY recommend you study the chapters on lighting (especially the types of lights) and the chapter on alarm systems/locks. This book was perfect for the CPP exam.
